HeyHeyHeyApp has prepared this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting the privacy of its Users and their content. This Privacy Policy describes the type of information collected, how that information may be used, who that information is shared with, and the User’s ability to choose which and how much of that information is shared. User should read this Privacy Policy carefully when using HeyHeyHeyApp. By registering for an account, User accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy.
By registering for an account and entering into the agreement to use HeyHeyHeyApp, User consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, personally identifiable information, geolocation information, and/or financial information as permitted by applicable privacy laws. User consents that the information User provides may be stored on servers located outside of his or her state of residence.
HeyHeyHeyApp collects personal information and personally identifiable information, including information that would allow someone to determine the actual identity of a person such as personal descriptions, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and preferences, personality traits, certain health information, and other information about the User such as their name, address, e-mail address, telephone number(s), photos, birth dates and passwords. HeyHeyHeyApp also collects geolocation information about User’s location, although Users of premium services, promotions or products may opt out of providing geolocation information. HeyHeyHeyApp’s business partners, including third party app stores such as Apple/ITunes and Google Play, may collect payment information from User, including credit card and/or debit card information, for the payment of any premium services or promotions. HeyHeyHeyApp and its affiliates and partners may collect this personal and financial information through the website, a mobile application, or other online services such as third party app stores.
Once User has registered for an account, User will have the ability to review and edit his or her profile information. User has the discretion to include or not include information, but the failure to provide information may result in the inability to access certain content or functions.
HeyHeyHeyApp uses various technologies to collect information from User’s device, and about User’s activities while using HeyHeyHeyApp. HeyHeyHeyApp automatically collects information from User’s browser or device when they visit HeyHeyHeyApp. This information could include User’s IP address, device ID and type, User’s browser type and language, the language operating system used by User’s device, geolocation, access times, and the referring website address.
When User visits HeyHeyHeyApp, HeyHeyHeyApp may assign User’s device one or more cookies or other technologies that facilitate personalization to facilitate access to HeyHeyHeyApp and to personalize User’s experience. Through the use of a cookie, HeyHeyHeyApp may automatically collect information about User’s activity such as the pages User visits, the time and date of User’s visits and the links User clicks. Through those cookies, HeyHeyHeyApp may automatically collect information regarding the use of HeyHeyHeyApp. If User is on a mobile device, HeyHeyHeyApp uses mobile device IDs or Advertising IDs (for iOS 6 and later) instead of cookies to recognize User. HeyHeyHeyApp does this to store User preferences and track use of HeyHeyHeyApp. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted.
HeyHeyHeyApp permits advertising companies and ad networks to display advertisements to Users. These companies may also use tracking technologies, such as cookies or web beacons, to collect information about Users who view or interact with their advertisements, and to display advertisements aimed directly at User. Those third parties may use cookies or web beacons to collect information. Third parties may also use pixel tags to measure the number of ads displayed and their performance (such as how many users clicked on an ad). HeyHeyHeyApp does not provide any non-masked or non-obscured personal information to third parties.
User’s public profile information will be available to other HeyHeyHeyApp users. User has the ability to set the criteria for sharing information with other Users. User should also be aware that there are three channels in which User may share information with other users, and to be careful to ensure that User is communicating with other users in the appropriate channel.
HeyHeyHeyApp may share User’s personal and/or financial information with certain third parties for a variety of internal purposes such improving products and services, managing accounts and providing customer service, communicating with Users, developing and displaying content, marketing assistance, sales analysis, traffic analytics, website or mobile application analytics, or enforcing rights under the Terms and Conditions [Link to Terms and Conditions].
HeyHeyHeyApp may share User’s information, including User’s name, contact information, interests, activities and transactions, with its business affiliates and partners. HeyHeyHeyApp may also share User’s information in other situations that require disclosure, including responding to a subpoena, court order, or law enforcement investigation, or other situations where HeyHeyHeyApp deems disclosure appropriate to investigate or prevent illegal activity from occurring on the website. Finally, HeyHeyHeyApp may need to share information in connection with a corporate transaction or sale to a third party.
HeyHeyHeyApp may also use and share non-personal information it collects under any of the above circumstances. HeyHeyHeyApp may share aggregated, non-personal information, or personal information in hashed, non-human readable form, with third parties for the purpose of conducting general business analysis, advertising, marketing, or other business purposes. HeyHeyHeyApp may also share User’s geolocation information in de-identified form with third parties for the above purposes.
HeyHeyHeyApp will not share User’s personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. If HeyHeyHeyApp is going to otherwise share User’s personal information in manners not discussed in this Privacy Policy, HeyHeyHeyApp will first get User consent.
Users that have purchased premium products, services or promotions have the option of setting their privacy settings such that certain information will not be tracked, including web visits and other on-line services.
HeyHeyHeyApp will link to or reference third party websites. Those third party websites do not operate under this Privacy Policy. HeyHeyHeyApp does not control those websites, and makes no representations regarding the terms, conditions, or privacy setting of those websites. Those third party websites may independently solicit and collect information from User, including personal information. HeyHeyHeyApp recommends user review the privacy settings on those third party websites. The limitation of liability contained in the Terms and Conditions shall apply to any User activity on third party websites.
HeyHeyHeyApp retains information for only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes, and as permitted by applicable legal requirements. If User closes his or her account, HeyHeyHeyApp may retain User’s data after the account has been terminated for analytical purposes, recordkeeping integrity, preventing fraud, and other actions permitted by law, but is not required to do so. HeyHeyHeyApp may retain information about User and User’s account indefinitely, but is not required to do so except as required by law. HeyHeyHeyApp intends to retain information about User and User’s account er the termination of User’s account, but that may change from time to time. HeyHeyHeyApp takes precautions to protect User information from unauthorized access and disclosure, but no system can be completely secure. User should understand that his or her communications may not always remain secure, and that User should take care to be careful with personal information and using insecure e-mail. User agrees that HeyHeyHeyApp may communicate with User electronically through the HeyHeyHeyApp messenger service regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. HeyHeyHeyApp will send notifications to User’s account.
HeyHeyHeyApp is limited to individuals over the age of 18, and thus HeyHeyHeyApp does not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information of children under the age of 18.
HeyHeyHeyApp cannot know with certainty where information will be accessed by its Users. The Privacy Policy is designed to assure content and information is appropriately protected. HeyHeyHeyApp will be hosted by reliable data centers in the United States (which could include cloud-based hosting), where privacy laws may be less stringent than where the Users may actually access HeyHeyHeyApp.
User understands and acknowledges that this Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. HeyHeyHeyApp may do this for a variety of reasons, including changes in the law or HeyHeyHeyApp’s business practice. If changes to this Privacy Policy include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, HeyHeyHeyApp will send a message to User’s account, and User will be legally bound by the updated terms. User must consent to those changes to the Privacy Policy to continue using HeyHeyHeyApp.
